REFUND POLICY
At SrijanWeb Digital Marketing Private Limited, our priority is to deliver high-quality services and an excellent client experience. To ensure transparency and fairness for both parties, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.
All projects are planned and executed in clearly defined milestones. Before the start of any project, we conduct a detailed discovery and analysis phase and prepare a comprehensive scope of work document. This ensures that both the Client and SrijanWeb have a clear understanding of the project requirements, deliverables, and timelines, thereby minimizing the risk of cancellations, disputes, or misunderstandings.
As each milestone requires dedicated time, resources, and effort, no refunds shall be issued for work that has already been completed. In the event that a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the Client shall retain ownership and access to all completed work up to the termination date. Any payments scheduled for future development will become void; however, all previous payments or deposits made shall remain non-refundable.
Once the Client approves the mock-up designs and the project moves into the development phase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Additionally, there are no partial refunds for projects that are midway through a milestone or development phase. Services offered under special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
All SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, Clients may choose to cancel such services by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance, after which services will cease at the end of the notice period.
No refunds will be provided for projects or services that are abandoned, paused, or remain inactive due to the Client’s inaction for a period exceeding 30 days.
